Mission Creek Landing - Kelowna, BC

The new Mission Creek Landing is a two-phase project which when completed will have 241 new long new term care beds.

Phase 1 is planned to be completed in the fall of 2024 and will have 140 new beds. Once opened the current 100 residents living at Mission Creek Landing will move into the new building along with 40 new residents. The old building will then be demolished, and work will begin on phase 2 with a planned completion date of late 2025.

The new Mission Creek Landing will be a 3-story building with family households accommodating 12 to 16 residents. There will be ample amenity space for residents, families, and staff to enjoy. The home will also have beautiful themed outdoor gardens and walking paths.

Osprey Court - Vernon, BC

Osprey Court is a three-storey long-term care facility located on Osprey Road in Vernon directly behind Creekside Landing.  Osprey Court is an addition to Creekside Landing and will bring a total of 96 new long-term care beds to the Interior Health Region.

The care home has 3 floors each containing “households” accommodating 12 to 13 residents in single rooms with bathrooms, including two larger bariatric rooms to accommodate residents with special equipment needs. The home also has social and recreational space such as living rooms, dinning rooms, quiet rooms, activity space and access to the outdoors.

Planned opening is scheduled for mid November 2023.
