About

Owners Kevin and Noriko Svoboda are deeply committed to providing quality accommodations and outstanding care to seniors throughout British Columbia. Purchasing their first two residences in Armstrong and Vernon in 1999, they completely rebuilt Pioneer Square and Heritage Square into the exceptional communities they are today.

Having earned a reputation for excellence, Kaigo was subsequently awarded the contract by Interior Health to build Creekside Landing, an expansive community in Vernon designed to offer both complex care and assisted living. Kaigo has since expanded the modern facility to include independent living suites.

Kaigo’s next acquisition, Valleyhaven in Chilliwack, was also totally rebuilt to enhance the quality of care provided, and the same is planned for Fraserview in Richmond. Looking to the future, Kaigo will continue to maintain its high standard of care as they seek new opportunities to enrich the lives of seniors throughout the province.
